YK Cho is a serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, and real estate broker. After starting her career in management consulting at Deloitte and Touche, YK founded and successfully ran Enter the Studio, a digital marketing company in 2003. She simultaneously started investing in real estate and founded Hancho Properties. In 2016, YK founded Tottini Discovery, an innovative new early learning center in Bellevue, WA and continued to expand her real estate investment portfolio, founding Tottini Properties. YK is currently a real estate broker and is planning to start a non-profit in the near future. YK helps lead the Racial Justice ministry and the Foster Care ministry at Encounter church in Bellevue. She is a wife and mother of two boys ages 11 and 13.
