OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- CAMI&TANK accepts all full priced merchandise for a refund or exchange within 20 days from date of shipment.
- All merchandise must be unused and unworn with original tags, packaging, and order number.
- All styles in the SALE section are final sale and will not be issued a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Please note all return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
- We have the right to refuse the return of any order that doesnot meet the above requirements.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- If you would like to return or exchange your order, please click here to begin the process.
- If you have any questions regarding your return, please email email@example.com. Please allow 48 hours to receive a response from our returns team.
- If you would like to exchange for another style or color, please return the style for a refund and place a new order.
- Any order that exceeds 20 days from the ship date will not be eligible for a refund and be issued a store credit in place of a refund or exchange.
- Please note that we will issue you a return label and deduct $9 from the total amount credited.
- Any order that exceeds 35 days past the fulfillment date will not be approved for any return, exchange, or store credit.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
- Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be issued once the return is processed.
- Sales tax for U.S and Canadian orders will be refunded. However, Canadian customs and duties will not be refunded by CAMI&TANK. If you contact your local customs bureau, you may be able to recoup some of your fees.
**Please note: credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
