 | Congratulations to Lisa Tubbs our CAMI&TANK Winner to walk the runway at the Metropolitan Fashion Show / Seattle tomorrow September 24th! This is what Lisa had to say about her experience. I am SO beside myself and still in disbelief. I'm having the hardest time formulating into words just what this means to me. My sister nominated me to be the next model for Cami&Tank at The Metropolitan Fashion Show!! This is something that I have wanted since I was a teenager. I never persued it because I let self doubt and my insecurities get in the way. If I could go back and tell myself one thing it would be, YOU are amazing just as you are and YOU can do it! I'd be lying if I said I didn't let those same self doubts and insecurities come flooding back. But the difference now... I KNOW my worth and I KNOW it's not about being a size 2 or even a size 14. It's about being simply, ME! This is MY superpower. If I hadn't stepped out of my comfort zone 2 years ago, I would be incredibly nervous to do this. Am I nervous, heck yes! But I am so much more pumped and excited and I don't think I could say that 2 yrs ago. Something magical happens when you get uncomfortable - Growth!!! I am so honored to be representing Cami&Tank and their mission to Empower Women! So even though it's just for one day, I get to live out a dream I never thought would ever happen.
